Simple and Fast Buying Process

We do offer in-house, no credit check financing through our sister Company, Heartland Finance.

Once you have viewed and inspected the property in person and have done all of your own due diligence on the property of interest.

After you have viewed/inspected in person, you can then submit the free application found directly on the property listing. You will also download the appropriate Intention Form from our Terms and Conditions page. Please read and understand all of our Terms & Conditions.

The down payment and first month are required in full to continue with a purchasing agreement, once your documents have been approved.

All contracts are signed in person at our office located in Farmington, Missouri. We do meet by confirmed appointment times only.
